Adriana Kong Romero is the Market President for Bank of America in Tucson and Southern Arizona and is a Senior Client Manager on the Business Banking team.
As market president, Kong Romero serves as the company’s enterprise leader in Tucson and Southern Arizona. She convenes the Tucson Local Market Leadership Team, ensuring that Bank of America can deliver the full breadth of bank capabilities to our clients and customers in the area. She also ensures that the bank stays connected to the interests of key constituents and the broader community, directing the bank’s local philanthropic efforts and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
In addition to her market president role, Kong Romero is the senior client manager for Business Banking in Tucson and Southern Arizona working with small and mid-sized businesses with $5 million to $50 million in annual revenues. Business Banking provides strategic, integrated financial advice and solutions-including credit, treasury management, foreign exchange and equipment financing — and works closely with partners in Global Wealth Management, who deliver corporate retirement solutions and personal wealth management strategies to these companies and their management teams. She has also works on growing and expanding the Healthcare industry focus for Arizona and the Business Banking Central Region.
Kong Romero joined Bank of America fifteen years ago. Before joining the Business Banking team, Kong Romero served Premier Banking clients in Global Wealth and Investment Management and prior to that she was on the Consumer Banking Team.
She is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Finance and holds an M.S. in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lohse Branch YMCA of Southern Arizona. She is an active member of the Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce and is part of their business expansion and retention committee. She is also a member of the University of Arizona Eller College Associates and a member of the board of directors of Sun Corridor Inc.
