JENNIFER MENDRZYCKI

Jennifer is responsible for the operations of TMC Health, an integrated health delivery system comprised of some of the most respected health care facilities in Southern Arizona, including Tucson Medical Center.

She joined TMC Health in 2024 after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for St. Joseph’s Health in New Jersey.

She brings the rare combination of legal expertise, financial acumen, and health system optimization and compliance. Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent more than a decade as a defense trial attorney, serving as a trusted legal advisor to major hospitals and healthcare providers.

She earned an undergraduate degree from Catholic University of America and earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from Seton Hall University, as well as Juris Doctor (JD) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys golfing, hiking and spending time with her husband and two teenaged children.
