Brian Sinotte is the Market CEO for Northwest Healthcare, an integrated health system that includes four hospitals (Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita and Northwest Medical Center Houghton), a large, multi-specialty physician group (Northwest Primary & Specialty Care), two freestanding emergency centers, and urgent cares and surgery centers throughout the community.

As Market CEO, Brian is charged with leading Northwest Healthcare’s commitment to delivering Tucson and the surrounding communities with high quality, accessible healthcare—from routine primary care to highly specialized cardiac and surgical services.

For more than 15 years Brian has researched the intersection of effective execution through enterprise alignment and high reliability cultures in the healthcare space. Prior to joining Northwest Healthcare, Brian served as President of the Community Health and Hospital Division at University of Chicago Medicine and President of Ingalls Health System. He has also held executive-level experience, leading hospitals in Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Illinois. He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in Minnesota and holds a master’s in healthcare administration and business administration from the University of Minnesota.
