Don Bourn founded Bourn Properties, Inc., a predecessor to Bourn Companies, LLC in 1990. His companies have completed over 40 commercial projects totaling 4,000,000 square feet. Don is involved in all aspects of Bourn Companies’ business, including acquisitions, joint ventures, asset management and internal operations.

Prior to Bourn Companies, LLC, Don was with Trammell Crow Company and Peat, Marwick and Mitchell after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Don is a member of several industry and community organizations and boards, including the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Arizona Cancer Center, Southern Arizona Leadership Council, and Downtown Tucson Partnership.
