Eric Majchrzak is CEO of BeachFleischman, Arizona’s largest locally owned CPA & Advisory firm and a “Top 200 Largest CPA Firm in the U.S.” Prior to his appointment to CEO, he was the firm’s Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer.

He has been named multiple times to Accounting Today Magazine’s list of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the accounting profession. In 2018, he was inducted into the Association for Accounting Marketing’s (AAM) “Hall of Fame” and was the recipient of the “Bruce Marcus Lifetime Fellowship” award. He was acknowledged for his contributions in changing the way accounting firms grow and was credited with helping lead the profession into the digital and social media age. Eric is a frequent speaker and instructor at several of the industry’s most prominent conferences, including AICPA’s ENGAGE, Digital CPA and the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Annual Summit.

Eric is an Advisory Council member of the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. He has also held various volunteer leadership roles with Thomson Reuters Checkpoint Marketing, Tucson Shooting Stars, the Association for Accounting Marketing, and the Leading Edge Alliance. Eric graduated from the State University College at Buffalo, NY, with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
