Humberto Quintana leads Amazon’s Economic Development Policy efforts in Southwest US and  Latin America.  Prior to joining Amazon in 2020, Humberto had approximately 15 years of experience in land use planning, and economic development roles within local government agencies throughout Southern California, culminating as Director of Planning and Economic Development with the City of Los Angeles.  Humberto holds a B.A. in Urban Studies & Planning and an M.P.A with a concentration in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge.
