In April 2004, Jean-Claude joined Bombardier in the Corporate Audit Services and Risk Assessment Department as an internal auditor. In July 2006, he was appointed Manager of the Department focusing on aerospace operational risks. In September 2008, he became Manager of Finance of the Tucson Service Center. Since then, he has acquired additional responsibilities and became Manager of Finance for both the Tucson and Dallas Service Centers. In January 2017, after a restructure of the Finance Division, he became Manager of Invoicing for the Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Center Network (which includes 7 sites worldwide). In addition to the invoicing process responsibilities, he was named the Finance Representative for the Worldwide Service Center expansion efforts.
Jean-Claude Bernard completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration with a major in Accounting at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) of Montreal. After completing his studies in Accounting, Mr. Bernard acquired experience as an external auditor while working for a Chartered Accountant firm in Montreal for a period of four years.
