Lawrence M. Hecker is a principal in the firm of Hecker & Pew, PLLC. The firm’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law and securities regulation, real estate, business start-up, capital formation transactions, corporations and corporate finance.

Hecker is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona, College of Law teaching Entrepreneurship Law.

Hecker received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona.

Hecker was on the Board of the Arizona Department of Transportation and Chief of Staff to Governor Bruce Babbitt. He has served as Chairman of the Securities Regulations Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and is a member of the Securities Regulations and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of Arizona.

Currently he is a member of the Executive Committee of Desert Angels and Chairman of the Pima County Bond Advisory Committee.

Hecker was selected as Best Lawyer of the Year for 2016 in the area of Corporate Law, and was presented with the Tucson Chamber of Commerce “Man of the Year” Award for 2008.
