Romeo Arrieta is the CEO of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR), the largest trade association in Southern Arizona, representing over 5,700 real estate professionals. He also leads the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona and the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation.
With over 19 years in the REALTOR® Association world, Romeo brings extensive experience from his previous roles as CEO of the Marin Association of REALTORS® and Director of Government Affairs at MetroTex Association of REALTORS® in Dallas. He began his career as a Political Field Representative for Texas REALTORS®, focusing on advocacy and member mobilization.
Romeo has served on several National and State Association committees, including diversity, public policy, and political fundraising initiatives. He’s also been civically engaged, serving on California’s fire policy and safety boards.
He holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns Football with his wife, Jenny, and their flock of Cockatiels and Parrots.
