Bill Kelley joined Diamond Ventures in 2000 and is responsible for overseeing the financing and economic feasibility for all of the firm’s real estate portfolio.  In addition, he directly manages the company’s commercial, industrial, and mixed use assets.

Kelley heads the team at Diamond Ventures related to economic development efforts with the most notable Sun Corridor Inc. success project being the Target Internet Fulfillment Center on Rita Road and Interstate-10.

Prior to joining Diamond Ventures, Kelley was the Vice President of Finance for Bourn Properties and Venture West Group ~ both Tucson-based commercial and office development companies doing projects in Arizona, Colorado, and California.  He worked for the CPA firm of Ernst and Whinney for eight years after receiving his B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Arizona.  Kelley is a member of the DM50, the business community’s support organization for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and is active in a variety of other local committees and boards.
